Tai Chi uses slow and deliberate movements to stay active and healthy. You will:
* Improve balance
* Enhance flexibility
* Increase muscle strength
* Reduce stress
* and enjoy community engagement
People who suffer from MS, Parkinson’s, or stroke/aneurysm side effects, will enjoy Gail’s class that is paced to meet your individual physical ability. No one will be left behind.
Please try a complementary class or two during Embrace Aging month to discover the benefits of Tai Chi.
Monthly membership: $30 – good for all classes during the month – drop-in to any class in Canada!!
